Andrew Bogut won't be returning to action this season.

While Bogut said his ailing back has improved, the veteran center said he isn't healthy enough to play.

Bucks officials had continually stated since Bogut was sidelined in early February that there was a chance he would suit up again this season.

Bogut also indicated that he probably wouldn't do any basketball-related activities until July while he's home in Australia.

Bogut was averaging 11.7 points and 10.3 rebounds before being sidelined.

"I definitely think I could have helped us maybe get four or five more wins," Bogut said. "Being in that back line, maybe that would have scraped us into a playoff spot."

GRIZZLIES 107, BUCKS 102: The Bucks almost pulled off an amazing comeback, rallying from a 20-point deficit in the third quarter Saturday night at the Bradley Center. The Bucks had a chance to tie the game at 105, but Charlie Bell couldn't connect on a 3-pointer.

It was the Bucks' 12th loss in their last 15 games and left them all but mathematically eliminated from the Eastern Conference playoff race.

Richard Jefferson topped Bucks scorers with 24 points. Bell totaled 23 points. Ramon Sessions had his second consecutive double-double with 16 points and 11 assists.
