Milwaukee Bucks Notes, Quotes 2009-11-27

Milwaukee Bucks Notes, Quotes 2009-11-27--The Bucks will wrap up their four-game trip Friday night against the Thunder in Oklahoma City. The Bucks will then be able to spend a lot more time in their own beds as they will play nine of their next 14 games at home in the Bradley Center.

--The Bucks almost traded their No. 1 pick -- the 10th overall selection in the June NBA draft -- to the Charlotte Bobcats. The Racine (Wis.) Journal Times reported the Bucks and Bobcats had discussed a deal in which the Bucks would draft forward Terrence Williams and then send him to Charlotte. The Bucks would have flip-flopped their picks as well. Charlotte had the 12th overall pick. When the deal collapsed, the Bucks kept their pick and chose point guard Brandon Jennings.

--The NBA has changed the starting time of the Bucks-Thunder game Friday night in Oklahoma City from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. CST so the game can be televised by ESPN.

QUOTE TO NOTE: "It's my first car, something to get me from A to B. I don't need anything real flashy now, especially with the snow coming in. I don't want to mess up my nice ride. I was in Milwaukee for the McDonald's (high school all-star game). I saw how high the snow was." -- G Brandon Jennings on why he purchased a Ford Edge for around $28,000.
