Milwaukee Bucks Roster Report 2008-12-31

Milwaukee Bucks Roster Report 2008-12-31
ROTATION: Starters -- Point guard Luke Ridnour, Shooting guard Michael Redd, Small forward Richard Jefferson, Power forward Luc Richard Mbah a Moute, Center Andrew Bogut. Bench -- Forward Charlie Villanueva, Guard Ramon Sessions, Guard Charlie Bell, Center Dan Gadzuirc.

PLAYER NOTES:

--G Michael Redd, who had a dreadful game against the Pistons on Saturday (four points on 2-of-11 shooting), had an impressive bounce-back game against the Spurs. Redd totaled 25 points and grabbed a season-high 10 rebounds.

--G Ramon Sessions has done a good job of protecting the ball this season, although not lately. In the last five games, Sessions has eight assists and six turnovers.

--F Luc Richard Mbah a Moute has shown marked improvement on his jump shot. Mbah a Moute has connected on 24 of his last 44 shots -- 54 percent.

MEDICAL WATCH:

--G Charlie Bell (ankle and knee) returned to action against the Spurs and played 25 minutes, scoring nine points. Bell didn't suit up against the Pistons on Saturday because of an ailing right ankle. It is the same ankle he had surgery on during the off-season.

--F Charlie Villanueva (back spasms) came off the bench in the first quarter and had nine points in 18 minutes against the Spurs. Villanueva hurt his back in the third quarter Saturday night against the Pistons and didn't return to the game.
